The postponed directors' meeting of the Lynchburg Glass Corporation was held at the office of the Plant at 11:00 A. M. August 17th., 1923, with the following present:

N. D. Eller
J. W. Gayner
John Victor
C. L. Snidow
J. D. Owen
D. H. Dillard
W. H. Loyd

President in the chair.

The President made the statement of the progress being accomplished at the Plant in the way of repairs and also described his Western trip, which he took in the interest of the Company, to the Hemingray Glass Co., and also to the Root Glass Co., Terre Haute, Ind.

After a full discussion of the prospects of the Insulator Business, which he felt very much encouraged about, owing to the number of inquiries of buyers, and his efforts to obtain a new license to make Coca-Cola Bottles, there being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
